I’ll be home late tonight (around 8pm). So I will answer any emails after I get home. Remember, if it arrives before 9pm, I will answer it before I go to bed. If it comes after 9pm, I’ll answer it around 4:30am.

Remember to check the HW from the link to the right of this announcement. For Spanish 1, click on homework under the Spanish 1 title and for Spanish 2, click on homework under Spanish 2.
There were no adjustments for Spanish 1 today. What it says under hw is correct.
However, there was an adjustment for Spanish 2. You are to work on SB 1 and not SB 2 for tomorrow.
When checking out the homework links, remember also that they are posted by the DUE DATE not by the assigned date. Therefore, they appear backwards or upside down in the list.
To find out what today’s hw is, you would look under the DUE DATE of Friday, because it is due on Friday. It will be near the top of the page because it’s near the end of the week. To see the beginning of the week, you need to scroll down. End of week near top, beginning of week is underneath.
USEFUL TIP: You may want to print out the HW for the week on Monday’s so you have the hw for the whole week at your fingertips!
Remember, because we ran out of time, your hw has changed from what is under the homework link.
For Spanish 2, finish the “Quality and Success” worksheets and do WB, PD2 and PD3. We’ll work on Minicuento .1 and your goals tomorrow.
For Spanish 1, copy the vocabulary from “Vocabulario A” from page 7 in your textbook, and from page 10, you can copy the vocabulary for “Vocabulario B.” Also, do page 12 in your textbook, exercises 3-9.
Remember all, you can email me if you have any questions, or stop by class before school or during lunch.

I just learned from the library that we have run out of Spanish 1 textbooks. I’m not sure how we are going to handle this. I’ve notified the foreign-language department of the situation and I’ll let you know what’s up as soon as I know. In the meantime, if you don’t have a textbook, don’t worry. We’ll work something out!

One last thing! Although you can see my website from just about any browser, the best one to view it with is the free program Firefox available at mozilla.org. Why is this better than Internet Explorer? It has many more features than IE, including tabbed browsing, it’s extremely fast, much faster than IE, it has a lot of plug-ins and themes available, and it’s FREE! (And on a teacher’s salary, that means a lot!) But the best reason to download and use this browser, is it blocks those annoying Pop-ups that you get all over the place with IE. So if you hate pop-ups as much as I hate Brittany Spears, go ahead and download NOW!
